She not only provided all the information I needed but also ensured every update was handled seamlessly, addressing each of my questions with care and clarity. We moved from California, where we had an amazing State Farm agent for many years. When we relocated to Arizona, we chose Luisa Samuel’s office hoping for a similar experience—but unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. Each time we contacted the office, we were met with upselling instead of help. When issues arose (many caused by their own errors), we constantly got the runaround. Despite multiple requests, Luisa never returned our calls or agreed to meet with us—I’m not sure she’s even involved in the day-to-day business. This office has been a very poor representation of State Farm, a company we had trusted for years in California. We’ve since switched providers and not only saved money but finally received the personalized service and attention we were used to. Luisa and her team simply do not live up to the “good neighbor” promise.
