I joined State Farm in 2015 as agent in Phoenix, AZ. I am a Veteran of the United States Armed Forces (ARMY). My career path includes more than 15 years of operations and project Manager/Director with successful leadership for domestic and international multi-million-dollar programs and operations for large academic, service, governmental, non-profit agencies and construction organizations.

My experience includes proven results in effective startups, in-depth experience in program design, expansion, workforce and budget management, implementation, evaluation and daily operations management. I have extended experience in large-picture, strategic outlook with effective operations “nuts and bolts” understanding to ensure complete alignment of systems and processes with program/organizational goals.

I was recognized in 2009 as one of the top 12 Latino Leaders in the United States by Miller Coors and as one of the 40 under 40 leaders in Arizona by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

I am an alumni of the Hispanic Leadership Institute (NHLI) from Harvard University. I hold a Bachelor of Science in L-Arts, Master of Business Administration and Masters of Science in Leadership.

My husband, Joby, and I have two beautiful daughters named Frida and Arya, and 3 Dogs.
