"Worst agency on the planet. I bought a UTV in 2021 and had it insured while I was in Phoenix. We live in Mexico half the year and we do not need the insurance so we asked them to cancel it a few months later. A year later we were still getting billed so I called again and they assured me it was canceled. We sold the UTV in 2023 and still found out we were being billed. When I called in they said they had no record and they would only cancel this years insurance. Make sure you get everything in writting from these incompetent buffoons. They refused to let me escalate this to corporate and told me I had no recourse."

"Quick and amiable service. Nereyda and Cynthia were lovely. Explained my potential policies (home , auto and life ) thoroughly and I ended up having a better bang for my buck with State Farm in comparison to total cost vs total protections.
