"I have used State Farm for my car insurance for over 10 years and have never had this terrible of an experience. I was told that my license needed to be updated and sent a photo to this agent who sent back a message saying we are all updated and good to go. My car insurance was then cancelled out of no where because this had not been done. I was not informed of this until I looked in the app myself and when I called the office it went to customer service who was not able to update my policy that night because they are not an agent. Therefore, I had to Uber to work very early the next morning as I'm a healthcare worker. I am completely flabbergasted by how terrible this office is and I sincerely urge to PLEASE PLEASE find another agent in Phoenix."

"Initially was asked after getting mediocre service by the agent to give 5 stars and I thought sure why not help out I didn't see anything wrong with giving 5 star, but changing to 1 star now that I know better. Cancelled my girlfriends policy because they were incapable of putting in a drivers license number correctly. Contacted her at 5:20 PM after cancelling her policy and then wouldn't return her calls because it was "after hours". Also called me to sell more insurance, I politely declined and informed them that I'm a healthcare worker and work nights and please not to call me during the day time and the agent PERSISTED after I had implied that she should F off as she woke me up basically at my equivalent of 3AM. If you want an insurance office with more than a single brain cell between the entire office that isn't reactive to identifying problems and inept at responding to problems with 0 ability to read the room, I would recommend finding a different State Farm agent as I'm sure you easily could find someone with the critical thinking greater than a third grader or an early computer as talking to the agents is arguably worse than talking to the automated menu that doesn't help you. Also the fact that they asked me to give them 5 stars when I signed up for my policy leads me to believe that their reviews are severely inflated as many others were probably tricked into giving subpar service 5 stars as I was."
